The minimum price per session is just $100, and the maximum is $250. 40% of all session profits go straight to your organization. HOW IT WORKS: STRESS-FREE FUNDRAISING
Here at Daydream Photography, I take care of the details, so you can focus on what matters most—your mission! Here’s how I make the process as seamless as possible:
- PICK A DATE AND LOCATION Work with me to pick a date and location for the sessions. I can shoot indoors or outdoors. If we do indoor sessions with a backdrop, your organization will provide the indoor space. I'll provide the backdrop, lighting, and other props. If we do outdoor sessions, we can do them just about anywhere!
- SHARE THE WORD I will provide everything you need to spread the word:
- 2 posters to display at your facility
- Ready-to-use social media posts and a suggested schedule to make promoting the event a breeze
Your team will simply promote the event through your existing channels (email newsletters, social media, Sunday bulletins, etc.), encouraging families and supporters to book their sessions.
- CAPTURE BEAUTIFUL MEMORIES On the day of the event, families will enjoy a relaxed, professional 20-minute session, complete with:
- A private, password-protected online gallery
- 5 professionally edited digital downloads (with the option to purchase additional images or prints!)
I’ll take care of scheduling, collecting payments, and delivering the photos—no hassle for your team.
I only ask that your organization provides 2 volunteers through the entire event to help with check-ins and other little details throughout the day.
